Trade Buyers

If you are a book retailer, we encourage you to contact us directly to find out more about stocking Top That! titles. We'll set up your account and put you in touch with your regional sales representative.

If you are a publisher, bookseller or distributor, we can show you additional titles which are not available in our catalogue. These are hidden from normal shoppers as the titles may not have yet been published or may not be available from our stock.

These titles may be available for higher volume orders only. (Shoppers will not be able to purchase these new titles direct from this website!) To view these titles, click the Trade button on the right side of our navigation bar. You can return to the 'shop' at any time by clicking the same Trade button.

For all claims on shortages, POD request, damaged goods and mis-shipments, please contact our Customer Service department.

Returns Policy

Product must be returned in salable condition. Defective books are returnable for full credit. Customers must contact their salesperson and/or the returns department in writing for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending returns back to the fulfillment center.

Request for RAN must include an invoice or purchase order number that the product was purchased on. Product returned without an RAN will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Credit balances must be offset by product purchases.
