From London

Follow the A12 towards Colchester and Ipswich. Near Ipswich, take the A14 south/east towards Felixstowe and the Orwell Bridge (see below).

From The North

Follow the A14 towards Cambridge and Newmarket. Continue on past Bury St. Edmunds to Ipswich. Follow the A14 south/east towards Felixstowe and the Orwell Bridge (see below).

From the Orwell Bridge

After travelling over the Orwell Bridge (A14) take the second exit, signposted Lowestoft and Woodbridge.

Pass over the four roundabouts. At the fifth roundabout, turn right towards Woodbridge.

Pass the Seal Pub and Notcutts Garden Centre on your left. Once you hve passed the Riverside Theatre on your right, take the second turning on the right into Tide Mill Way.

Drive over the level crossing and take an immediate left, where you will see the Top That building and car park.
