Apply for an Account

Applying for an account with us is easy. Once your account is confirmed and activated, you can place orders any time day or night using our online ordering system. You'll also be able to edit your billing and delivery details, view your order history and more.

If you already have an account with us and would like to start ordering online, you'll need to to activate your account for online ordering. Just include your Account Number in the space provided.

Ordering Instructions

Once your account has been approved, you can log-in to begin ordering. Once logged-in, you will see 'Add to Cart' buttons for each title on the site. Simply enter your desired quantities and click the button. You can review your order at any time. When you are ready, click the 'check out' buttons and follow the instructions. Your company's discount will be shown on the final order page.

If you'd rather submit your order via post, fax or telephone, you can do so by printing the Top That! Kids or Kudos order forms (see right).

Returns Policy

Product must be returned in salable condition. Defective books are returnable for full credit. Customers must contact their salesperson and/or the returns department in writing for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending returns back to the fulfillment center.

Request for RAN must include an invoice or purchase order number that the product was purchased on. Product returned without an RAN will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Credit balances must be offset by product purchases.
