Get Your Aprons On!
With Autumn fast approaching, the nights are drawing in and the weather's turning grey and dull. After the last six weeks of being able to let children outside to amuse themselves, how can you keep them busy in the coming weeks? How about getting your kids cooking? Cooking is a great family activity to get everyone involved. No matter what their age, there's a job for everyone. Younger kids can be in charge of mixing, for example, while the older children take charge of weighing ingredients. Cooking is a great opportunity for kids to learn and practise a whole new range of skills. It's also a great time to teach kids from a young age about food and the importance of a healthy and well-balanced diet.
