Learn to Cook Chocolate Chip Muffins
Nothing can beat the great taste of chocolate chips.

Use a paper towel to grease the baking tray with a little soft butter.
Put the butter, sugar, egg and flour into a large mixing bowl. Stir them all together with a wooden spoon until they are well mixed.

Sift the baking powder and cocoa powder into the bowl.

Add the milk and chocolate chips. Mix together.

Use a teaspoon to divide the mixture equally into the muffin tray. Bake the muffins for about 12 minutes.
Leave the muffins in the tray until they are cool, and then turn out and Enjoy!

- 50 g (2 oz) butter – softened
- 75 g (3 oz) brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g (4 oz) plain flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 90 ml (3 fl oz) milk
- 75 g (3 oz) chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 260°C / 500°F / gas mark 10
Top Tip: to soften the butter, take it out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking.
